Lorry Tyre Spraying TS without Jacky
In this video we are going to see how to apply
Dinlog Tyre Spray to Multi axle trucks without using Jockey, by using, 10 inch
by 24 inch plastic film or paper.
To apply Dinlog Tyre Spray, all tyres must be
soaked with water for 1 hour. So, pour water over all tyres from the start. Repeat
pouring water, again and again, once in 3 or 4 minutes.
For this tyre spraying, park the lorry in a
high mound or high rise place. By this way, water do not stagnate around tyres.
Use only less water for cleaning and wetting the tyres.
After cleaning of tyres with brush, for further
wetting the tyres, you can use a Clean Agri sprayer to spray water over tyres
once in every 3 or 4 minutes.
First clean all the tyres with brush and water,
that is, all the 12 or 18 or 22 tyres of your truck. By this way only visible
80% of the tyres can be cleaned. 20% of the tyre at the bottom is on the
ground. This 20% portion of the tyres cannot be cleaned.
Mark this bottom 20% with chalkpiece clearly. See
the video. Now, after brush cleaning all
the tyres, move the Lorry forward by two and half feet. The bottom 20% portion
on all the wheels comes to the back side. This you can see in this video.
Now clean with brush and water all the 20%
chalk marked portion in all tyres. Always continuously apply water on all tyres
once in 3 or 4 minutes, so tyres do not become dry.
Buy 10 by12 inch plastic covers. Cut open the
covers into plastic sheet. Now you get 10 by 24 inche plastic film.
Using No.10 (small size) stapler, pin plastic
film on the 20% chalk marked portion of the tyres, recently cleaned. Do like this
on all tyres.
Now move the lorry backwards by two and half
feet. Now you will see, that in all the tyres, bottom part of the tyres
touching the ground is covered with plastic film.
Again clean front side of all the tyres, with brush
and water. Apply water on all tyres once in 3 or 4 minutes.
Now immediately, as the tyres are very wet and
drenched in water, apply Dinlog Tyre spray on all tyres one by one, only for
top 80% of the visible part of the tyres.
Always pour or sprinkle water on each tyre, 10
seconds before starting Tyre spray, on that tyre.
This way, even for 16 tyres this will take less
than 16 minutes only.
Never apply water after Dinlog Tyre Spray was
sprayed on to that tyre.
After spraying on the last tyre, remove the
stapler pin on the plastic film at back side of all the tyres, so any water
remaining inside the plastic film will fall to the ground only.
Now, move the lorry, forward by two and half
feet. Remove the plastic film from all tyres.
Do not reuse this plastic bags. Always buy and
use new plastic bags.
You can see this 20% of tyres in all tyres is
very wet. because all the water was going to the bottom.
Now immediately apply Dinlog tyre spray on all
the 20% of the tyre, that is , chalk marked part of tyres, and complete spraying on all tyres in one go,
without using Jockey easily.
This way all the tyres of a multi axle truck,
that is 12 or 16 or 22 wheel trucks, tyres can be sprayed in one go, without
use of Jockey.
