1. Water soaking the Tyres:
Take the Vehicle to a dry high sloppy area. Apply water on all Tyres
intermittently once in 1 or 2 minutes,(For Bus/Lorry for 40 to 45
minutes and Van/Car/Auto/Bikes 20 to 30 minutes) brush them clean and
wet them and soak them well in water. To save time, from the
starting, apply water on all the tyres, simultaneously repeatedly, and
clean the tyres one by one; do not allow tyres to dry up. Spraying TS
Spray: First lift one Tyre with help of a Jacky. ( For Bikes or
Scooters just press back wheel and lift front wheel) (For applying
Dinlog Tyre Spray without using Jacky, please read separate
instructions given - 3 Hours Gap Method) Clean that full Tyre
once again, well with Brush and water 1 or 2 times by applying some
water over that Tyre, wetting that tyre fully, then immediately
brush out excess water struck in between buttons and treads with the
help of the Hand Brush or by rotating the tyre very fast. Now the
tyre is evenly wet, soaked with water and clean and is ready for Dinlog
Tyre Saver spraying. Immediately start spraying process. Now mark
the starting point as a line across the tyre with a white /yellow chalk
strongly. Shake the TS Spray bottle once. Start spraying Dinlog Tyre
Spray, (on to tyre treads & buttons touching the road) from
starting point to the same position again once only like paint spraying
(from 5 to 7 inches distance from tyre surface) evenly, (as far as
possible, even if only 90% of tyre buttons and treads is covered, it is
enough, as it spreads itself through the soaked water up to the wheel
sides) all around the tyre at even pace by rotating the tyre gently,
(see video link given at the bottom herein or in the website
www.dinlog.in) In case of wide tyre apply in “Z” pattern
(left and right spray) for even application. Do not apply on sides of
tyres or second time. Spray Tyre Saver Spray on
wet/moiturized, water well soaked, cool tyre only, before tyre starts
drying up. If done properly as above, spraying time (only for
spraying) required is just 15 to 25 seconds for a small tyre, 25
to 35 seconds for a medium tyre and 40 to 50 seconds for a big
lorry/bus tyre. In case of double tyres (Bus/Truck) ensure spray does
not get applied on the other tyre, by keeping the spray bottle in
between the two tyres, (or keep a card board in between tyres)
first apply on one tyre only by uni/one directional spraying.
Same way apply on the other tyre. Otherwise, divide both tyres to 5 x
20% parts by marking with Chalk, and spray same part of both tyres
together at the same time, (as both tyres do not rotate equally, make
sure of this) and complete spraying of both tyres. (Under 3 hour
Gap method, you can spray on both tyres at the same time easily, as
tyres are not rotated). You can ground that Tyre i.e. remove the Jack
within after 5 minutes by placing a waste board/plastic sheet or
multiple newspapers below that tyre. If there is water on the ground
below the tyre sweep clear the water before removing the Jacky and
grounding the tyre. (Also see TS spraying animation videos for
better understanding of how much quantity to spray in website
www.dinlog.in) Intermittently apply water to other wheel
tyres so they don't go dry, especially in case of bigger lorries with
12 or 18 wheels. Lift other tyres one by one by Jacky, clean the bottom
of the tyre with water, wet the tyre again once and spray Dinlog TS
Spray on all of them as explained above, one by one. In between apply
water to the other non sprayed tyres, so that they don’t dry up. To
save water, you may use simple Garden 2 litres (Or even 5 / 10 /15
litres) water sprayer (New Agricultural Sprayer) or water sprinkler,

to soak more water into tyres after initial cleaning of tyres with
water and brush. Further time required to for wetting each tyre may be
2 to 3 minutes only after initial wetting time of 20~30 minutes. Tyres
must be well soaked with water to help boost more mileage. In
case of colder climates use 20°~30° C warm water for cleaning
tyres. Apply Dinlog TS Spray for the Stepny Tyre also.
Proving the effect of Dinlog TS spraying in 1 hour: If you apply
properly as explained above after 1 hour after spraying TS Spray, hard
tyres become rubberized like brand new tyre. You can easily test it by
pressing the tyre with a key or small screw driver, before and after 1
hour after DinlogTS spraying. Or use a Duro Meter to test tyre
rubber hardness / softness before and 1 hour after Spraying
Dinlog TS Spray.
2. Precautions: Do
not allow any water to touch TS Spray applied Tyres with in 3
hours after applying TS Spray on to the Tyres. Do not apply TS
Spray inside Water Wash Centre. You may do it 250 to 300 feet
away from Water Wash centres, by just water cleaning the tyres
once again. Do it outside in a dry area. Similarly TS Spray cannot be
applied while raining. Run the vehicle after 45 minutes or 1 hour (If
rainy season after 3 to 4 hours) after applying TS Spray on the last
Tyre. It takes 12 to 24 hours for getting full benefits/effects of
Dinlog TS Spraying. It advantageous to apply Dinlog Tyre Spray
during rainy seasons, as tyres are always wet and well soaked in water.
Just a quick water and brush cleaning is required, after which Dinlog
TS spray can be applied. But note to take out the vehicles after full 3
to 4 hours only after spraying, as the roads may be water logged and
Dinlog TS spplied tyres should not touch water for at least 3 hours
after TS spraying on the last tyre.
3. Approximate quantity of Tyre Saver Spray required for Tyres: (depending on the buttons size)
For one Tyre: Scooter, Autorickshaw 10~12ml; Bikes 12~18ml; Small Cars
15~20ml; Big Cars, Vans LCV 20~25ml; MCV 25~30ml; Lorry, Bus 30~33ml;
Tractor 70~80ml. Avoid excessive spraying. Do not spray second time. Do
not spray on sides of tyres. Spray only on buttons & treads
touching the road.
4. Frequency of Application:
Small Tyres like Scooters, Autos, Minidor every 2000kms. Big Tyres like
Car/Bus/LCV/MCV/Bike every 3000kms. Bus tyres every 5000kms once. Lorry
tyres every 7500kms. ( You may apply in 500kms plus of minus run time
also).
Do not Do: 1.
Do not apply TS Spray on hot or dry tyres. 2. Do not apply TS
Spray when tyre is exposed to direct sunlight. 3. Do not attempt TS
Spray application as soon as the Truck/Bus arrives, as the Tyres are
hot after running. 4. Do not combine 2 bottles of Tyre Saver Spray for
applying purposes. 5. Do not apply TS Spray on partly dried tyres. Wet
them again before spraying. 6. Do not apply TS Spray on dry or
dirty/muddy tyres. 7. Do not move or run the vehicle with in 45
minutes (in rainy seasons 3 or 4 hours) after finishing applying
TS Spray fully on all Tyres. 8. Do not allow any more water to touch TS
Spray applied tyres, for at least 3 hours after applying TS
Spray. 9. Do not apply TS Spray sometime after water cleaning the
tyre. If already water washed, again apply water on tyre, make
tyre evenly wet and then spray TS Spray. 10. TS Spray is not
plain water. TS Spray and water are like Milk and Curd and do not allow
them to touch each other. Keep TS Spray bottle away from watery
or wet areas. 11.Do not apply on sides of Tyres 12. Do not apply double
coating of TS Spray, only spray one time.

Things you can Do:
If plenty of water is not available, use less and lesser water (say
100ml each time) repeatedly many time over Tyre surface without
wasting water or use simple 2 Litres Garden Water Sprayer or
bigger 5 or 10 or 15 Litres water Sprayers (brand new
Agricultural Sprayers) or use even a simple Garden Watering
Sprinkler (manual) and make sure the water gets soaked well into
the Tyres, also using a Hand Brush for cleaning the tyres intially, for
about 30 to 40 minutes and make tyres wet then apply TS Spray on to the
Tyres. However Tyres well soaked in water only helps boost more
mileage. So for more fuel mileage, apply water over tyres for more time
repeatedly. For Multi-Axle Trucks having more than 10 wheels it is best
to first to clean tyres well in Water Washing Centres for more than
20~30 minutes, so water gets soaked well in to tyres, immediately bring
the Truck outside to a distance of 300 feet away, to a dry area, just
clean the tyres again with water once or twice before spraying by
lifting wheels by Jacky, and then apply Dinlog Tyre Spray.
Note:
Check tyres air pressure and maintain recommended air pressure to
get more mileage. The air pressure in the Tyres drops after spraying
Dinlog TS Spray. (The tyres will appear more flat, than before
spraying.)
